Компания осуществляет возврат и обмен товаров надлежащего качества согласно Закону «О защите прав потребителей».

Сроки возврата и обмена

Возврат и обмен товаров возможен в течение 14 дней после получения товара покупателем.

Обратная доставка товаров осуществляется по договоренности.

Условия возврата для товаров надлежащего качества

Terms for Exchange/Return of Defective Goods According to the law, defective goods are subject to exchange or return. Defective goods include items with defects, damage, or goods that do not meet safety standards. To return defective goods, the customer must contact our support team and receive detailed return instructions. Detailed Return Instructions How to return unsuitable goods? You may exchange or return an item within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Please send parcels strictly without cash on delivery. Please send us an email to ilona.boichuk93@gmail.com with the subject line: “Exchange and Return of Goods for Order No. ___”. Please provide a phone number that our specialists may use for оперативної communication with you. Make sure that you return the goods in the same condition in which they were received: without signs of use; with the factory label attached; in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued to your bank card. Please return the goods in a separate parcel and pay the shipping costs. Inside the parcel, include a completed exchange/return form or a note with instructions regarding the size for exchange, so that we do not need to contact you unnecessarily, or provide your bank card number for the refund. Please also indicate the reason for the return. Have we received your return? As soon as the returned goods are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will immediately contact you by phone or email. Conditions for Returning Goods of Proper Quality You may return or exchange goods if: the goods have not been used and show no signs of use by the customer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.; the goods are fully complete and the original packaging is preserved; all tags and factory markings are retained; the goods maintain their marketable appearance and consumer properties. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will exchange the goods or issue a refund to the customer within 5 business days. Refund Terms and Conditions Funds will be refunded to the customer within 5 business days after the returned goods are received by our service department.

Согласно Закону «О защите прав потребителей», компания может отказать потребителю в обмене и возврате товаров надлежащего качества, если они относятся к категориям, указанным в действующем Перечне непродовольственных товаров надлежащего качества, не подлежащих возврату и обмену.
